These Online Store Terms and Conditions of Sale are the terms and conditions under which we provide you with any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website (“Online Store”), valid for sales in national territory. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and understand them, before ordering any product in our Online Store. You must understand that by ordering any of our Products, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our Online Store. You can print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference, except, however, that for each Product order, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the order will apply (see OUR RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS below).


Our Online Store is operated directly by us from "SmartBind Solutions", registered with the INPI under Process number 914654110, and linked to the company name "SmartBind Solutions", Tax Number 24.008.125 / 0001-26, registered under the Brazilians current laws.

We will receive your order on our Online Store and assume responsibility for: (i) processing and receiving requests; (ii) processing and receiving payments; (iii) billing of the Product (s); (iv) delivery of the Product (s) by you or your subcontractors; and (v) dealing with after-sales matters.


- The amount to be paid to SmartBind Solutions in this website is the price of the product plus shipping costs (total reported costs).
- Rates and taxes for the nationalization of the product might be charged by the Customs Clearance of your country, and it is your responsability to pay for these values when the products arrive in your country. They are *not* included in the amount payed in your purchase on this website.
- We guarantee the delivery of the product directly to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase, which will be set in the commercial invoice.
- Warranty period for manufacturing defect: six months.
- Policy of regret: 7 days from the date of delivery of the product by our logistics operator to the customer. Within this period, the customer has the right to return the product if it does not fit into his studio or facilities. We refund the value of the product upon receipt of it at Smartbind in perfect condition. Shipping / return shipping costs and nationalization fees are not refunded.


When filling in your zip code, on the Shopping Cart page, our system will inform the maximum delivery time, as well as if the chosen products are available for delivery to your address.


By placing an order through our Online Store, you guarantee that:

(A) you are legally able to enter into binding contracts; and
(B) you are resident in one of the countries that we are able to deliver, listed in the menu option "delivering to"
(C) you are aware that rates and taxes for the nationalization of the product might be charged by the Customs Clearance of your country, and it is your responsability to pay for these values when the products arrive in your country. They are *not* included in the amount payed in your purchase on this website.


1. Your order is a proposal addressed to us for the purchase of Product (s) in our Online Store. Please note that the Order Confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order and does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. All orders are subject to confirmation. We can refuse your order:

(a) when the product is not available;
(b) when the payment is not recognized / authorized;
(c) if there is an error in price or product description (see PRICE AND PAYMENT below); or
(d) if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in YOUR STATUS above.

2. The purchase and sale agreement (“Agreement”) will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.

3. The Contract will apply only to Products whose shipment has been confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation.


1. You can regret the purchase and terminate the Agreement at any time, within a maximum period of 07 (seven) consecutive days, counting from the day after the receipt of the Product (s).

2. In the event of regret, it is your responsibility to properly care for the Product (s) and pay all the returning taxes and delivering costs. The Product (s) must be in the best possible condition and in its original and undamaged packaging, along with all manuals, accessories, free items and other components. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products, in accordance with the RETURN POLICY below.

3. When contacting us through the link "Contact Us", you will be informed about the details about the return of the Product (s). You have a legal obligation to properly care for the Product (s) while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may refuse to terminate the Agreement or exercise a right of action against you for damages.


1. We can deliver anywhere within our coverage area.

2. Payments may take, on average, up to 3 (three) business days to be confirmed. After confirmation of payment, your order will be released. Tickets that are not paid within 2 days will be automatically canceled.

3. Deliveries will take place according to the rules of the delivery unit selected at the time of purchase (post office, carriers, etc.).

4. Do not accept delivery if the outer packaging is damaged.

5. Check the invoice and the products contained in the package at the time of delivery and preserve them as they will be necessary to carry out an eventual exchange.

6. If you have not received the Product (s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the Shipping Confirmation, you must contact us through our Online Store through the "Contact Us" link, and report what happened.

7. Delivery of the Product (s) does not include installation.


1. Products will be your responsibility from the moment of delivery.

2. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you after
